A Business Help Desk (BHD) is a free of charge service for Impact Hub Geneva members*.

It is a one-to-one (individual) counseling session with an expert on a specific topic area that is essential for any start-up, initiative or project. The sessions are intended to last 45 minutes.

The role of the expert is to provide our members with their professional knowledge according to the member’s current needs by:

1)Providing constructive feedback
2)Pointing the member towards available resources
3)Highlighting relevant issues/questions that the member should focus on
